I went online to create a ovulation calendar.I'm kind a bit confused.
it lists the dates ovulation starts, but what does it mean when it says ''Forcasted fertile day'' and then it says ''forcasted possible ovulation''
I'm confused on what it means when it forcasted fertile day, and forcasted possible ovulation.....how will i know the difference between my fertile day and ovulation?

Ovulation day is the day your eggs are released and are waiting to be fertilized. Fertile day is when you can really really really concieve. Basically its means all the same thing

Forcasted fertile day is the day when you want to "get busy", since it takes a couple of days for the sperm to get to the egg. Forcasted possible ovulation is when you are suspected to actually be releasing eggs, so this is when you want the sperm already up there waiting. So the day you ovulate is likely the day that the sperm and egg are going to be getting together and forming your baby. But since sperm can live for a couple of days and so can the egg, you could get pregnant within a couple of any of those days.

A fertile day is any day that sperm can live inside you without dying! Your ovulation day is when you actually release the egg and it is also the day that you are the "most" fertile! Maybe you should get "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler! It's really informative and it actually lets you check your fertility and ovulation signs yourself instead of just using a calendar! It tells you how to check your BBT, your cervical fluid, and your cervix position...AND it also lets you use the calendar! Good luck...
