my neighbor is some how being accused of raping a 7 year old? do u think he is guilty?

Guilty? Well it's an accusation, so we can't determine whether he's guilty or not. If the accusation is proved to be true, then definitely.

how old is you neighbor? does he strike you as a rapist?
do you know the girl?
if you do is she honest?
most 7 year olds arent, but i dont think they would lie about being raped, but then agian, they dont know what rape really is.
hmmm. good question.
i would, stay out of it, unless it concerns you immediate family, or you were a victim or witness.
