The consumer ( you and me) needs to only use what we need, and not what we want. Natural resources is a commodity and consumers drive it.

1. Exercise your right to vote for politicians who want to pass laws/policies to protect those resources.
2. Contribute/Volunteer in your community to make the issue known, as well as the possible solutions.
3. Reuse and Recycle, whenever possible.
