It is never "safe" to invest in the stock market or anything else.

If there is not some risk then it isn't much of an investment.

The markets will absolutely have more decline ahead. They will go down, and up, and down. That's what they do.

Somebody makes a bundle every day on a stock that goes up (regardless of what the broad market does).

So, no its not safe, and yes I have securities investments as well as others, and yes, stocks are great investments, now and yesterday.

If you are asking a question like this, the answer is obviously, no. It is definitely NOT safe for you to be in the market.

You don't understand even basic investing is why. Put your money someplace safe and go out and get the knowledge you need. Then papertrade for 6 months to a year until you get it right.

Note that only losers listen to Investors Business Daily. And by loser, of course, I mean people who lose all their money.
