With doing crunches/circuits once or twice a week? I run 5/6 days a week, pretty far (3-5 miles). It's far in my opinion lol

No, running will not get you a six pack, though it might help keep you thin.

You need crunches and sit ups TWICE a day to get a six pack. That's a lot!

Running won't get you abs because you use your legs to do that... I did about 100 crunches (start at 25 then build up) every night for 2-3 months and I got a six pack. I just did them right before i went to bed.

You will start to see results in 8 weeks if you start doing push ups, sit ups and killer crunches. I do 50 of each before bed every night. Other than that it's diet. I remember when I started this I could only do a few of each but it didn't take very long to get to do ten each and then 20 each and from there going to 50 each was really just a decision to keep going.

Keep running first of all. Next start doing sit-ups and crutches about once a day. It is best to do them immediately afterward your workout. Make sure you eat a well balanced diet. Finally Get plenty of sleep each night. This will help your overall health as well. If you keep this up you should get a six-pack in no time.

EVERYONE already has a 6 pack. it is just covered by a layer of abdominal fat. So as you run and if you lose a little body fat, it will show more. If you start skipping your periods, even one, reduce your mileage and gain some weight. This is a BIG sign of overstressing your body and can have serious bone density/reproductive ramifications.

Yes, definitely. I run just about everyday and have a situps/crunches program and i have me a nice sixpack. you are on your way to getting it. all you have to do is keep doing what you are doing, ofcourse that's taking into account that you are eating right. good luck.
