Iran has a long and diverse history behind it. Some of the earliest cultures / civilizations have a history with Iran. The Persissan were once one of the most dominant Civilizations in the world and conquered a large portion of EurAsia, Asia Minor. Prior to the current Goverment Iran was a strong ally with the West and the USA in particular.
The current ruling party is a Fundementalist Shite faction that has very differnt views from other Islamic faiths. They are the only country with a Ruling Shite goverment. To find out more on Iran and its history you can go to the link below.

Because of the advertisement against Iran and the special leaders,Iran does not have a good face in the world now.
I think only those who are interested in history know Iran well.
I ran was an excellent place in the past.All Iranian have is history and background they were the most civilized country of the world.
But they lost everything,Why?If you think ,you will find out.

Well yes, I do know something about Iran. And you can as well by looking up the subject and finding out that the people there are very loyal and friendly who come from ancient peoples long before your ancestors. Please learn about other cultures as this will enable you to realize that humans are innately the same but have different upbringings that only make them seem strange. People in Iran only want to live their lives, work, bring up their children, and grow old in peace just as we do. However, their government goes not allow them to discuss this as we can. How sad for those people.

Iran has a bunch of ignorant Muslims, with a president who denies fact of Holocaust. If he can lie about that, he can lie almost every other thing. As matter of fact, Islam is a false religion without a Savior. Mohammed was a killer of many precious lives. He had more than a dozen wives, was illiterate man used by Satan for causing all kinds of evils in the world.

the U.S. took action to keeping iran out of iraq. now, look at the iraqi elections, it profits iran. and iran is leaking into iraq again, and the U.S. is doing nothing about it. it just proves the war on terror is obviously a hidden agenda.
