Just create a shortcut of the program in the Startup folder in the programs menu. You can drag an drop the file by hovering over the Start button and so on untill you get to start up. Or you can use copy/paste to do the same thing.

There are many ways you can do it, the easiest way is the put a sortcut of the file or program you want to start on the startup into the "startup" folder you'll find in the startmenu. Right click on the start menu and click open all users, then go into programs and you'll find the startup folder, just copy a sortcut in there. User can always see what programs are going to be started when windows will start.
You can also make a registry entry, if you don't want your startup program to be seen by the user. The easiest way to do that you can use a software like tuneup utilities and using the startup manager you can add one.

Find the program you want to Startup. right click on it and choose "copy"
Now open Explorer. In there, open the drive with Windows on it (usually drive C) Find your user name and click on the + next to it. Click the + next to "Start Menu" , then click Programs, Startup. Paste the program into that folder.
Now, when you start your computer, that program will start.
Note: you can also put songs in this folder and they will start up as well. That's how I found it.
Good luck!

Use your explorer to find the folder Startup. It is located in your profile under Startmenu/Programs/
If you just use search to find Startup you should be able to find it.
Put a shortcut to any program you want to run in this folder and it will run on Startup.
