The most important thing that I have learned is that I don't think like other people.
All my life, I couldn't understand why people didn't think like me -- why I saw certain things so clearly & they didn't get it (or vice versa). I always thought it was them.
Then I learned that I'm the one who doesn't think like everyone else. It isn't better or worse -- just different.
It has made me change my expectations of others.
