You can use any cheap lotion, just put some vitamin E oil in the bottle of lotion and shake well. That gives you a very expensive lotion that heals dry skin and cause scars to go away too.

body shop's cocoa butter lotion, the best, but a lil expensive.
Lesser expensive, Nivea Visage body lotion for dry skin.
Cheaper still?Maybe Dove, Johnson's, St. Ive's.
Home therapy..... some olive oil or baby oil, any kind would help.
heavy cream(milk) applied on the skin, twice a day helps too.

Renew Intensive Skin Therapy (lotion) by Melaleuca. It is not detergent-based (like most brands), so it doesn't wash off when you wash your hands. I haven't had a dry skin problem in 4 years (since I started using Renew).

I use baby lotion because I have very sensitive skin. It works very well. Aveeno and Gold Bond Ultimate Healing Lotion are also very good.
