Most likely...go to your Primary Care Physician and have a blood test drawn.

Please do not take any supplements on your own without seeing the doctor first because Iron can be toxic if you have too much in your body...can kill you and/or cause health problems.

Make sure you are eating lots of dark leafy green vegetables and lots of fresh fruit...they will work together to be sure that you're absorbing all of the nutrients availalbe in that food.

No i don't think you have low iron. The same thing happens to me when i'm on my period. Everyone in the house is hot but I can't help turning the fan off. I get really cold and the muscles in my stomach tightens, causing me to have cramps.

You might want to discuss your symptoms with your GYN, m'love. It could be possible that you're anemic. Do you often feel tired and sluggish when it's that time? If that's the case, your doctor can perform some tests to rule out anything serious. Eat foods that are rich in iron, and try to take it easy. But see your doc first! Good luck and stay well, dahling!

Just like Hot Flashes, it could be a hormone thing. If your anemic or suffering from anemia (low iron) then you can look up the symptoms on yahoo. But being very very tired is one of them.
