The best way to keep your house clean is to clean it once, and then go live at a hotel where there is a maid service to pick-up after you and your family.

wow, you have a great aim and heart to share with people, very good. keep up the good work, you will get your merit oneday. :P
as for the cleaniness of your place, one thing, try to clean your place at least 2 days once but if your place is always pack with people, then i suggest everyday will be the best choice.
never close all windows when you out. many people have mistaken that by just keeping all windows closed, their place will retain clean and dust-less, but sorry i can say that, it's very unhealthy to do so. when you out and with all windows closed, the dirty air will stay inside your place and after you return home, people will tend to switch on air-con and so, and again the air inside your place will "recycle" again.. can you imagine the "AIR"?
if you are someone who are afraid of furry dust, try not to get any sofa with clothing or so, try to get some leather type, this will somehow help you lessen the furry dust on your other furniture.
onething to prevent, not to put any carpet on the floor, this will increase the dust collection in your place. :P

you can keep the house clean at all times by picking up as you go. this is a military basic cleaning and order rule that has worked very well for soldiers of all cultures.
