It is Sachin (Ramesh) Tendulkar with 39 centuries in ODI's and 35 in Tests. He is also the most run getter for India (and the world) in ODI's of 14,146 runs and the highest induvidual score for India is made by him i.e., 186*(not out) against NewZealand in Hyderabad in the year 1999.

ps: the correct answer is Sachin, ofcourse! He's scored the most centuries in ODIs and tests in the whole world, not just an Indian record.
