Tell me if you think you should be able to opt out of yahoo answers sending you emails?

because my box is full and i have to purge every one of them without purging my personals ones! who has this same problem!

it's an option. you check the little box that says "email me the replies." -___- so check the little box next time you ask a question.

I think that it is cool that they give you the option to get emails when u get a new answer or anything. It lets me know so I don't have to check every few minutes....i can just check when they let me know I have a new answer.

there is a check box you can unclick when asking a question that will stop them from sending you emails.

...i do have this same problem but i use two different email accounts so that helps.

when you post a question it gives you the option to be notified or not - try editing the question and go to the bottom, maybe it will let you change it. but next time, just be sure and click "no e-mail notification"

Sorry to tell you this, but it is an option to not get e-mails. Don't feel bad I made the same mistake!

make sure when you ask a question you uncheck the box were it says...e-mail all answers to me!! i promise it's alot easier that way!! its down on the way bottom!
