I stay locked up in my room. I don't want to see anyone. I inhale toxic substances to get high. I have a constant headache. I have a pathological lying problem and I can't stop. I am not sure how I got like this, I am just really unhappy. I think about suicide.

Please, dear, get some help. If that's really how you feel, then call 911. They will have all available resources to help you, and I'm sure they won't press charges against you whatsoever as long as you turn yourself in and admit that you have a problem.
I'm sure they will do whatever they can to help you, don't hesitate to call them for any reason. I'll keep you in my prayers.
You keep praying, too. Remember that God loves you and he will never leave you and never forsake you.

Katie, honey, you need some help. Inhaling toxic substances is dangerous, and it is also why you have a constant headache.
You need to contact a suicide hotline - 1-800-999-9999 or 1-800-784-2433 or even 1-800-273-8255.

Please, do not do anything rash. Call one of those numbers - NOW.

Hugs to you!

Hold on there, don't think about suicide, thats crazy, all i can tell you is get off the fumes and get out of your room maybe even go outside for a walk, just to get your head clear, then talk to a close friend or family member to get help, even go get consilling or a therispist

how old are you? either way, your very depressed, ive been there so i know, i know the feeling of hopeless ness and that life is not worth living. but you need to find the strength within yourself to seek professional help, when you get to the root of the problem, things will become more clear. get on some meds, they will help you with that, having counceling too really helps, nothing goes away over night, but if you give it a chance and find that you are worth it, things will get better, please believe me it will. as far as the substance problem, all thats doing is masking how you feel, again, ive been there.

It sounds like at least you are looking for help. There are several on-line resources (just google substance abuse help and/or suicide help) that you can start with. I know that things may seem really bleak, but the fact that you're reaching out says you know there is something better. Please seek help and know that even this stranger who "doesn't know you" knows you have a life worth living.
