well it could be stress or it could be from a baby trying to implant itself in your uterus sometimes that causes mild bleeding/spotting for like a day or two you can either ride it out as stress take the test or go get checked I wish you luck

If you haven't been diagnosed as being pregnant than you were just spotting.
