itunes says it is on the ipod but it is not

thats why u shouldnt of gotton an ipod see the video battery life is 2 mdeiochre hours the creative zen vision m is 4 hours plus better screen movie quality more than 4 formats are supported beter much better audio quality

when ur in itunes, go to the video section on the left then drag it in the ipod
