im in this great relationship with this straight girl and just got out of a good relationship with this gay guy.they are now friends and he has accepted her into his group at the school they both go to.but he always come up with a silly excuse for me to come over at night without her and i hardly go.i love my girlfriend and i enjoy my x's friendship but i feel that the only reason he s nice to her because I go with her.me and her never talk about what happens at school but here latly she comes home from school all sad and stuff.I think he has been telling her stuff but dont know how to talk to her about whats wrong.it is also approcing my and her 1 yr anniv.i have a special evening planned just me and her but im worried that she will be busy working or something.HELP ME OUT PLEASE

Your first priority is to reassure your girlfriend - as the others have said.

Your next priority is to remind your ex that that is exactly what he is. Don't be brutal about it, but be honest.

Perhaps the three of you should make an effort to go somewhere private where each can express his/her cares and concerns. You'll then know exactly where each of you stands.

Let her know that just because you're bi doesn't mean that you are or will be unfaithful. Somehow this is what women always think. They assume that you will need to be with someone else. it's no different than a straight relationship. Hope this is what you're looking for.

She needs to understand that you are committed to her. Guys don't always have the best record for commitment and she needs some reassurance from you because bisexual people have an even worse reputation because the entire population is open to us.

As a bisexual male I physically prefer women, but prefer guys when it comes to personality, I just found women to be more shallow and materialistic.
