Get that chalk from the 80's, you know the toxic kind. You'll probably only be able to find them at your china town or flea market. The ants love that stuff. If you draw all over the outside of you house, they will eat it and die. DIE, DIE, DIE!!! I dont like ants much.

You can wipe down your kitchen with Clorox. Ants leave a sugar rail behind them so the other ants can follow. That's why they walk in a line. If there's a door in your kithen, you can put a little bit of flower around the bottom on the outside. That will keep the ant from leaving a trail. Also, you can sprinkle grits around the outside of your home. This will kill the ants! Or you can get ant traps from Wal-Mart or the grocery store.

If I remember correctly, one advise is to leave a mound of white sugar in the corner of the kitchen. The ants will ofcourse come for the sugar but after 2 weeks, the ants will stop coming. The reason? All that sugar kills the reproductive organs of the ants. I've never tried it though.

Well you could use the old remedy....leave cucumber skin out and they think it's a snake. Or you could just buy some ant killer. It should tell you on the bottle where to put it....but if it doesn't usually you spray it along windows and doors and under sinks and it should last for a while...you might have to spray again in a couple months. Or you could get ant traps...I don't really know how well they work but I know the spray works....especially if you spray it under the sink.

I bought combat ant traps...and the coloby dissappeared in 2 days. Once you set it out be prepared to get a swarm of ants feeding on it. While you might be tempted to sqaush the buggers DON'T. They need to bring it back to the nest to kill the queen

A quick fix would be to use pesticides (Raid) at the place they're coming out from. A longer term fix would be to find the holes that they're coming in from and re-seal them with a commercial sealant.
