I'm trying to get custody of my daughter. The judge threw the spousal out after my ex admitted it, he also told me that if my ex drank and did drugs while he had our daughter that it was his buisness and for me not to worry about it. I was ordered to take parenting classes and my ex wasnt (and he was waiting to go to prison for drugs at the time) now I live in another state and the judge from before rufuses to transfer the case (because he has issues with me)

Go to another judge. A judge that has a prior relationship with someone isn't suppose to judge them in the court. Also ask a lawyer what you can do. If your current lawyer is the one that hasn't been doing you any good - get a new one.

i'm going to respond to the question a similar way I did the different time you asked. Judges are no longer responsible for the possibilities they make below a doctrine referred to as judicial immunity. Your scientific care is to charm for seek for a sparkling decide, yet you won't be able to sue the decide.

Under the doctrine of judicial immunity, you would not be able sue the judge. Your best bet is to appeal or seek to have the judge replaced.

well first i would go to a prosecutors office and try to get her to make maybe a prosecution on him or in other words maybe try to bluff him into giving you the file. if anything you can contact the top dog at his law firm or even contact the court house and talk to the highest person in there.
