In the 1982 WC, there was a similar situation with Paolo Rossi, who did not score any goal in the first 4 matches, but then he started to score and became the top scorer of that WC edition.
Toni has all the potential on scoring more goals (he has scored 80 goals in the last 3 Serie A tournaments) but I think he should be already happy of his performance and the performance of his National Team, no matter what will be the result with Germany.
