I have a major pageant comming up. And Im wearing this super hott dress and other hott outfits that show off my body... but I need to loose atleast 20 lbs in 1 month. Im not really active, and I verry rarely eat. *especialy since i got my braces* And I need to loose that weight in order to win! Im not fat, I just need to get the access weight off!

Im not lazy, i just dont excersize. I mean I very rarely just sit at home, I walk alot by shopping.

And Im not lazy. I walk an hour a day. Im just not active in sports.

When I want to drop weight, I do the 3-day rotation diet: I tend to lose 8lbs in the three days. It is all about food combination. It really works if you have the will power to stick to it for the three days, take a 4 day break and back on it again...Make sure to drink water. (also, have you tried hydro cholonics?)

Once you have lost the weight, make sure to exercise for at least the recommended 30 minutes 3 times a week

3-DAY ROTATION DIET (LOSE UP TO 10LBS)

** This diet should only be used three days at a time and then eat sensibly for four days and start again. **

Day 1

Breakfast
black coffee/tea
1/2 grapfruit/or juice
1tbl spoon peanut B.
1 slice wheat toast
water


LUNCH

1/2 can tuna
1 slice toast or cheese (low fat)
black coffee/tea
Water

DINNER

2 slice mat 3 oz (baked or grilled)
1 cup string beans
1 small apple
1 cup vanilla ice cream


DAY 2

Breakfast

Black coffee or tea
1 hard boiled egg
1 slice toast (wheat)
1/2 banana
water

LUNCH

1 cup cottage cheese or 1/2 can of tuna
5 saltine crakers
water

DINNER

2 weiners (Ball Park Franks)
1 cup broccoli or cabbage
1/2 carrots or turnips
1/2 banana
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
water


DAY 3

Breakfast

blk coffee/tea
1sl ched. cheese
1 small apple
5 saltine crackers

Lunch

1 hard boiled egg
1 slice toast (wheat)
black coffee or tea

Dinner

1 cup tuna
1 cup beets or carrots
1 cup cauliflower or greens
1 cup cantaloupe
1/2 cup ice cream

Um..you can't. And anyone who says you can is very uneducated in the area of the human body. Even if you diet for a year and say lose 60lbs., in another year you'll gain it back only real exercise where you lose an average of a pound to two pounds a month, will be the only solution to keep it of. Ask any dietician. Oh any buy the way good job waiting till the last minute to lose weight...oh that's right your not LAZY!

By the way I think you'll lose you obviously have no self confidence, and it will show come pageant time.

As far as "loosing" 20 pounds, you NEED to eat. You need to get that metabolism in gear by eating 6 small meals a day--a balance of protein and complex carbohydrates (nothing "white"--no white flour, white sugar, potatoes, rice). Drink lots of water and walk 30 minutes a day. You really could lose up to 20 pounds in one month, but remember, that is 5 pounds a week---realistically 2 pounds a week is "safe" weight loss.
And finally, some advice: If you are entering pageants as a way to earn money for college, good for you--by your grammar and spelling errors you certainly could use the advanced education. If you are entering just to look validate that you look "hott", then you have bigger needs that cannot be met by a pageant. What will you do if you lose because someone is "hotttter"?

I lost 20 in 2 months doing WeightWatchers, but I wasn't doing anything radical. Of course, I'm a man and I was starting from 215 lb. I would think that the less you weigh, the harder it will be to lose, for the same size weight loss. Another thing that will help a lot is exercise - walking, running, etc. You say that you aren't fat; are you sure that you really need to lose that much?

If you're not that heavy it's not that healthy to lose so much in such a short time. If you excersize more, it will look as if you have lost more wieght than you have because you'll have more tone and less flab, muscles look better than fat because they don't jiggle. Try walking or biking to local places like the store or friends houses, and when you go somewhere like the mall park on the other side and walk the rest. It's easier to stick to a workout routine that isn't a chore in itself and doesn't take a long time.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

rarely eating is most likely your problem along with the not exercising.

when you dont eat your body's metabolism slows down and holds onto eveything, and stores it, cause it thinks its starving.

if you dont exercise (and shopping and walking are NOT exercise) you'll never lose weight. so start doing a sport or go to the gym.

eat 4-6 mini meals a day, exercise (running 2 times a day and lifting weaights once a day) about 5 days a week. this is the ONLY way to lose that much weight that fast.. other than lipo suction

Hello,I think If you atleast walk half hour a day 5 days a week you might be able to loos that weight. What I did I bought me an I Pood and that really helps me alot when i go jogging or sometimes i just walk my dog for half hour.i don't know if youd want to try a weight lost clinic maybe they can hepl you. But since it's only 20 pounds I really recomend walking. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

Not healthy to lose 20lbs in a month... thats a pound and a half a day.... VERY not healthy
