and they have a 12 month old baby , would you report the boyfriend for what he's doing? or stay out of there bussiness? Even if you knew by accident the 12 mo. old had at one point got her hands on something that could of killed her if she ate it??? They just happend to wake up and she was carrying it in the bag!! would you be worried enough to report this to someone??

This is a hard situation because you reporting can cause so much drama in their lives. If your daughter is tolerating this and is not doing anything about it herself.. I would be under the suspicion she's doing it too. If this is the case, reporting him could likely be reporting her as well and to tear both parents from the child will be difficult. Nonetheless, a child is innocent and should not have to live with their addictions or illegal activity.
Perhaps have a talk with your daughter first, tell her your intentions and tell her to get the **** out of the house or you will be forced to do something about it. You could also ask her if you can take care of the baby yourself as long as they continue this dangerous path. And as a last resort, yes, report them. But make your actions matter and do everything you can in a very small time frame. And by that I mean, talk to her TODAY - report tomorrow. This should not be put off.

I wouldn't be on yahoo answers. I would be talking to my daughter first. Iwould give my daughter the option of getting out of the relationship, giving the baby to me to raise until she got her life together...........or going to the authorities and having her child possibly taken away from her.

report him, there is a baby in danger... if you dont then later something might happen and you will feel horrible. if there wasnt a baby involved then it would be different.
