Some women smoke cigars but most don't because you have to get those specially. You can't just go to the gas station and get a good brand of cigars plus cigarettes look better than a big chunky cigar and you have to do more to them (cut the tip check for quality) whereas with cigarettes just lite it and smoke. Personally I think smoking is horrible.

When I fell pregnant I had notions for cigars. Loved the smell and liked the taste after lighting them. And no I dont smoke never have

I know some who have....I personally think smoking ANYTHING is disgusting. You're slowly killing yourself and others.
