I think Warcraft 3 also has multiplayer online and has no monthly fee. Not to be confused with WoW w/c has a monthly fee.

I'm assuming you're talking about an online rpg or does that matter? I personally think it's more fun to play online with other people. Playing offline is just boring to me and not even worth it. I like WoW, just waiting for the price to go down : (

GW is the only one I know of that doesn't charge a fee. There may be others, but they're not very well known. EQ, DDO, WoW, SWG, CoH/V, all charge a monthly fee.

what about dungeon seige, warcraft or starcraft these are RPG that does not have monthly fees.
if you are talking about free MPRG than you have to hack into one.
