Depends...are you tired of carrying a cell phone and a music player with you everywhere you go?
Or are there times you wish you had music with you and you didn't have any?
Are you tired of charging two devices all the time?
Do you wish you could listen to music and not miss a call?
Is 1000 songs with you at a time enough?
Do you want the coolest device ever made?

If you do get the N91.

I love my MP3 player. It has an FM radio which I use on occasion and unlike the iPod, I can remove songs off it that I don't want anymore/get sick of. It's small and I can pop in a AA battery so I don't have to worry about recharging it.

Know what features YOU want and then get what best suites you.

A cell and an Ipod are two different items. If you watch to listen to music and watch movies or TV shows, get an Ipod, just for the storage space. I don't believe you could get that on a mere cell phone.
