I agree with you, although I think she's pretty. You're right, she butchered Daisy Duke, I doubt she is even a good actor, they just hired her because she's so famous. I don't see the deal with her. A lot of her early songs were remakes. I do have a few favorites of hers, "Irresible", a duet she did with Marc Anthony, "You Don't Have to Let Go" but that was about it. Her show with Nick Lachey was horrible and it ended their marriage so too bad for them. I think when it comes to acting, Jessica Simpson should stay away from it. And her latest song, Public Affair? Stay away from that one too.

i think she's really pretty, and guys like her because they think shes hot and she has a nice body and big boobs. i don't really like her music but she's a good singer, but ya the daisy duke was aweful

BLAH i dont like her either i think the only ppl like her is cuz of her body which isnt right because there are girls out there that might not have the looks but they have a great personality!

ok...Jessica Ann Simpson is my role model...if u would stop and take a lil bit to get to know her, she is the funniest person she is just like us. She isnt afraid to be herself around other people. i think that people like jessica simpson because they like that even though shes a celeb, she still has flaws. i think people are able to connect to her that way, because they see most celebs as "perfect" and after Newlyweds, people have realized and seen that Jessica is not perfect and that she's just a regular human being...and on top of that, i think her voice is really good and that also attracts people to her? idk thats just my opinion.

I really don't know dude. Maybe people just think she's really attractive and she is but I agree that she ain't so good at acting. As for her singing I say screw it, i don't like that kinda of music anyway.

I don't like her at all. I remember when she first came out and she said she didn't need to show skin to get noticed. But now look at her. She criticized the other "pop" girls, and now she's doing exactly what they did.

She's reasonably pretty, and dumb. That's what Americans seem to like now (Brittany, Lindsey, Paris, etc.)
