There are tons of programs that you could buy, but only two significantly work.

If you don't want to spend money then hit the weight room and do exercises such as squats (which is the main one), lunges, and step ups. Once you have a good strength base add in some plyometrics.

Stay far away from ankle weights, they don't work at all. Don't just focus on your calves. They're only responsible for about 15% of your overall jump! Focus more on your quadriceps and hamstrings and then your calves. Most people's hamstrings are not worked enough. They are almost more important than the quads.

Good Luck

Start a plyometrics training regimen...plyometrics strengthen your calf/ankle/lower leg muscles...helping you increase your vertical jump and could also allow you to have a quicker first step and become more explosive. A proven plyometrics training tool is Jumpsoles...you could also look into some of the alternatives mentioned above or consider Nike Sparq's Basketball Training program. If none of these are available to you, set up your own plyometric circuit to increase your hops with...Do squatted jumps, depth jumps (where you jump off an elevated surface like a box and then jump again immediately after you land), side jumps/2 foot hops off an elevated plane then back on...etc...
