sit up straight - don't hunch your shoulders. If you are not overweight and you are sitting with your back straight, you should not have abdominal rolls.

I get those, too and I am most definitely not fat (I have physical fitness tests for my branch of the military and I've always passed them easily). The thing is you (and I) are slouching. Try sitting up vertically as though you're being lifted by a string from your head. The rolls should go away or atleast diminish. But you have to sit straight and tall.
Plus, if you do sit like that, it will further strengthen your ab muscles (because they'r being forced to work more) and it makes you look more elegant because you'r enot slumped over like everyone else.

Well I'm not a girl.. and definatley not fat (5'9 and 125 lbs), but the answer is yes, everyone has a few rolls when they sit down, it's mostly just extra skin overlapping, and the red mark just means you were sitting too long.

Not everyone has a flat abdomen, but keep in mind, health wise you shouldn't have a waist greater than 30 inches.Physicians have found that waist size is a greater predictor of future health problems such as heart disease and type 2 (adult onset) diabetes than weight. Uh oh, I better get out that tape measure (for me, lol).If you do crunches, tighten the abdominal muscle inward as you go up.Have a great day.

Hey I have the same problem I'm not fat either. I'm just healthy slim as well. Don't slough when u sit with your back hunch you'll get that roll on your stomach. Try to sit up straight that way you'll not get the roll and u'll help streach those ab muscles. And who knows you'll look great as your abs streach your ab muscles will show. And you'll be happy since they look pretty cool.

Do some crunches and don't slouch. Try sitting up with your back against the chair and see if the rolls are still there.

These are not rolls of fat, they are natural rolls of skin.
There's nothing to be embaressed about - it happens to everyone of both sexes.
Just think -when you'r sitting you are compressing yourself and the skin just naturally does that.
Don't worry - Even really skinny girls deal with it!

It's normal. More than likely you are healthy. I bet you have creases where the skin folds over on itself. No matter how thin you are, that will never stop. Just make sure you use lotion on your skin, and drink lots of water. That may help.

Start doing those crunches. One should be able to sit and have their core strong.

It happens to me and I am thin. My doctor told me that is because when I sit I don't keep my back straight. She also told me I have to exercise so my back becomes stronger.
