I just had my 3rd child and asked the doctor while I was pregnant if I could travel. He said it was fine to travel up to 35 weeks. What he did recommend is that if we were driving we were to stop every 2 hrs so I could get out and stretch my legs to keep the swelling down in my ankles as sitting for long periods of time can make the swelling much worse.

i think of it relies upon on the guy and the being pregnant. Pregnancies that have had a brilliant number of issues of something it in all threat would not be reliable to shuttle at any factor interior the being pregnant. If the being pregnant has been regular and not had something incorrect ensue i think of the guideline of thumb is end travelling on the taking off to center of the third trimester. Air shuttle has been extremely standard to bring about hard artwork interior the process the third trimester that's definately something to rigidity approximately seeing as an plane isn't in all threat equiped nor does it have any medical doctors to furnish a baby. i think of it may be completely nice in a typical being pregnant interior the 1st or 2nd trimesters however.

It really depends on you,if your used to riding in a car it should be fine,to be on the safe side you should ask your doctor and also get a copy of your medical records, just in case, that way if for some reason you have to go to a hospital then they will know all they need to know about your pregnancy.
I live in Texas and last year we evacuated during hurricane Rita and we were stuck in traffic for 20 hours and I was 25 weeks then it was rough but I had no complications.
Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's safe to travel by car! Just not on airplanes! Airlines don't actually let you fly if you are in your 3rd trimester!
I recommend stopping for short periods of time just to stretch and walk around a bit! Your back may start to hurt, or you may be just plain uncomfortable!
YOu should be just fine, take a back pillow with you and maybe plan out pit stops for you to go pee!
Other than that good luck!

it means you are going to be in your eight month of pregnancy, this is a month that a mother has to be careful about, though if you are strong and healthy and you do have a luxury car, and if the road is a good road and you are going to stop at regular intervals to stretch your legs it would do, but you are taking a risk why do you want to do that you can put your holiday for a later time when its more comfortable to travel, sometimes the unexpected happens and what if you deliver, so taking every thing into consideration , i would say go after delivery, and congrats on mother hood

You should not fly that far along, but traveling should be ok. You'll just need to take it easy and allow lots of bathroom stops. Maybe it would be better to get a hotel half way to break up the trip. I would just listen to my body to see how I feel. If you do go, have a great trip and take it easy!

only if u plan to deliver in Portland and if u plan to take at least 1-2 stops.
generally i think most people think it's not good to travel like that if u'r that far along the pregnancy.

As long as you do not have a high risk pregnancy and are otherwise healthy, it should be perfectly fine if traveling by car. You may need more frequent stops for bathroom breaks and just to stand and stretch. Just remember to wear your seatbelt correctly.

I don't think it is safe. But don't do anything without talking to your doctor.
