The goldfish you will have to give away or sell as feeders, sorry.
The Koi, depending on what they look like, should be pretty easy to sell. If you've already tried craigslist and recycler, I would try your local restaurants, especially asian restaurants. Most of them already have a tank of Koi and are always looking for additions, and the ones that do not will want yours.

Do you have any koi clubs around your area? Join some goldfish websites, maybe some people near you would take them.

Ask your local pet store if they do trades-- mine gives store credit for fish, parakeets, etc. If they don't then ask if you can post a flyer in their store- mine allows you to for I think its 2 weeks but you have to date the flier so they know when it was put up or else they will tear it down thinking it older before the 2 weeks are up.
