you should get out.. staying home, TV and PCs produce heat.. fresh air will do it... that is if you're talking about sex heat!!!

Go to the pool or to some place cool, wear light cloths, air condition, get a cold drink, turn on the fans, and eat ice cream or something that keeps u cool.

Drink plenty of fluids.......... Wear loose cotton clothes instead of synthetic or tight fitting ones!! Stay indoor in the afternoons.......
And if you have to go outside then wear Cap/Sunglasses........
