hey there, u can remove virus and worms by using norton or other antivirus protection, but which are legal and original. 1st of all format ur pc, than load windows , than use the original antivirus protection, now ur pc will be free from viruses. for more querry mail me at dexter18in@yahoo.com

goto someone Mcafee on the web there forums look up the virus and they'll give a tool or a description on how to remove the virus / trojan from you're PC

Go to kaspersky.com, click on downloads, click trial versions and download the kasparsky antivirus. My friend had kind of the same problem and it helped him.
