If you mean hypotension,it is when the blood pressure is abnormally low and this could be due to a number of thins. Severe infection, allergic reactions, etc.

hypotension would be a lack of tension, the oppostie of hypertension that is usually associated with high blood pressure. So I guess it could be used to refer to very low blood pressure.

its low blood pressure. it can mean a lot of things. dehydration, iternal bleeding, certain meds, heart disease, anorexia, emotonal stress, and a bunch of other things.
