You have not stated whether it is for religious reasons, the mores of your cultural group, laws, or otherwise, as to why it is forbidden. Without much to go on, I'll offer the following: Unless you want to be ostracised or face harsher punishment, don't practice it, for the time being. What I mean is do not act upon your impulses until you make a decision about how you feel about the whole issue. Just accept that whatever happens privately will not always remain that way, and that eventually, it will come to light. That is a universal law.
If you know within your heart that you are gay, for your own sake, you need to be in a welcoming and accepting environment. Are you ready to live on your own? If not, you'd better prepare yourself for it. Can you move somewhere where you'll feel more accepted? Do you plan to leave home at 18, assuming you are still there?
Then, you will need to come to some decision about whether or not you will be open (at some point in the future) to your family about your lifestyle. To try to keep it secret is not being true to yourself, and will eventually hurt you. Telling them will also likely hurt them.
You have to make some very tough decisions, but they belong to no one else but you.

Though it may be small comfort, your society is definitely not the only one that has problems with homosexuality. I am not sure where you are from. If your country has laws against homosexuality, your best course of action would be to hide until you can get out of that country. I would suggest moving to almost any country in the European Union (particularly the Netherlands) or to Canada, as these are probably the most friendly places for gays. The United States is an okay option. It's legal to be gay here, but the society is still far from accepting.
If it is your religion (and consequently family) that forbids you to be gay, I suggest you find a new religion (or give up religion entirely). If your family would be unable to accept you for who you are, then they are not worth much.
It's very difficult. I realized that I was gay at about age 15, and it was hard enough for me to deal with that even in my relatively accepting society. It's hard.
Just keep on believing, keep on trying, and be strong. Don't let anyone tell you you're worth less than them.
