Yes, that can happen. The body gets used to a certain level of stimulation and adjusts to it. Then when there is real sex, it can't compete with the vibrator. Obviously if you want to recover your sensitivity to touch without a vibrator you will have to get rid of the vibrator and abstain from sex for about a month, for the body to re-adjust. I say that because you have the symptoms of someone who uses the vibrator a whole lot. The downside of continual use of the vibrator is that you will experience less stimulation and pleasure from even that as time goes on. Then you'll have to search for greater and better means to get the same pleasure. In everything there is work, rest and rebuild. Actually I think there is way too much emphasis on sex and orgasms. Real love for your partner changes the dimension of sex into a much broader arena of fulfillment. However, I was young once myself, and I certainly understand the irresponsible, consequences-be-damned, I-am-bullet-proof mindset of the young. Yet not everyone gets through there unscathed. Many unwanted pregnancies, abortions, STD's and the like. Yet, you can't tell the young. This is something they will learn on their own, only to be ignored by their children. Asi es la vida.

You've simply gotten good at one method, you have to practice with the others. it may take longer without the vibrator, and it's hard for someone else to do a good a job as you can do on yourself, after all, you can feel it and make adjustments as necessary

why don`t you try withdrawal techniques by decreasing the number of times you use it gradually
or even better use it for a little period then continue arousing yourself manually then every time reduce the time of using the vibrator
i hope this works with you and don`t forget that it will take some time like 3 or4 months so don`t rush it or be quickly disappointed
and if you try this advice please tell me the results

No. You just haven't been honest with your partner and explained to them what you like, and how to do it.
