You have to go or call the carrier and arrange for them to transfer the service to the old phone.

Assuming that both phones are the same standard (GSM or CDMA), you have to get your old phone "unlocked" in order to use it with the new phone company's SIM card.

GO ON THERE WEB SITE AND CLICK ADD A NEW PHONE AND IT WILL CHANGE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
