I am looking to build a small sized building on my property that will house enough space to do my arts and crafts and will also be a good building for a small retail store to sell my crafts in. I am looking for plans, etc. Thanks for any help you can offer!

Any Home Depot or Lowes, will have books of plans that you can buy. All you have to do is make some interior modifications to suit your specific power, water, and lighting requirements. Your local regional building department will tell you where on your property it may be located, and the permits necessary to make it all happen. Small buildings such as you're talking about, and be pre-fabed off site, and erected and occupied in as little as 30 days.

Who said anything about a kitchen?
And why does everyone think you can get EVERYTHING at home depot.
I agree w/ BILL 24x24 would give you plenty of space to operate your buisness from.
