cant get fuel out of injecters unles hook up hot wire to them how do i fix?

i have 87 chevy pu ive changed the comp have fuel geting to injecters put test light on injecters have juice but wont let fuel out till hook up hot wire to them and if leave hot wire on they wont stop shooting fuel please help runing out of optians also have new comp on it and new fuel relay thanks for all the help

Have you checked the fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump for proper output? If you aren't getting enough pressure, the injectors won't work.

sounds like a fuse or a short in the wiring.
