Yeah Bird Flue, Shmurr foo! There's a shop around the corner that sells chemical, antibiotic, cage, and anything nasty free roast chicken, and it's soooo delish! I'm totally addicted.
As far as KFC goes, forget it! Their chickens go through hell and back to fill people's fat guts.

We love chicken, but we actually used it as a diet method. We cut out red meat, and now are figuring out many ways to variate Boneless, skinnless chicken breast. We are making ourselves love it. I have lost 110 pounds so far, in 9 months.

I will eat it occasionally, but it is not my favorite. When I was in the USAF, it was served quite a bit. We called it Air Force Chicken - Wings, Tail, and Landing Gear.

I don't eat any other kind of meat except chicken

I love chicken it''s versatile and whatever you do to red meat you can pretty much do to chicken.

It's healthier for you as it doesn't contain half as much fat as things like steak do.
