I don't think hamsters get chicken pox. Take the hamster to the vet and find out what is wrong with it.

Doubtful, since the "chicken pox" is a human-specific disease with few cases of interspecies transmission. There could be a rodent equivalent, however, or it could just have irritated skin.

i don't think animals get the chicken pox i've never heard of that before talk to your vet. it doesn't hurt to just call him and explain what it looks like, chances are he's seen it before and will be able to tell you what to do.

those are probally bites from mites since they come prepackeged in bedding somtimes take it to the vet quick!
