All you are losing is water, so it may help you feel better if you're retaining water, but if you're looking for actual weight loss, follow the advice above.

The dry heat of a sauna is good for your skin and breathing passages.
But any weight you lose is all sweat, water loss, and dehydration is not the way to lose the weight.

Drink 2 quarts of water a day
and use the sauna for cleansing wastes out of your system through the sweat glands, but not for weight loss. For the latter you need activity of an aerobic nature for 20-30 minutes.

Not to any appreciable degree. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in (not counting liposuction or other surgery). While your body does have to work somewhat harder in a sauna (it is attempting to keep you cool, which is why you sweat) it doesn't burn calories at a fast enough rate to be practical.

It feels good, and will help your muscles relax, but it will not help you lose weight.

No
but mild daily exercise and reduced calorie intake (i.e. food), will do it.
Avoid any fats when dieting.
Keep up the saunas they are great after an exercise session or long walk.
Good luck.
