I tried spy-bot but it keeps telling me it cant't remove it because the application is currently being used in memory. It will have to be ran a reboot so I agree then I get the same message after I reboot and it is ran.. adware does not remove it it just finds it

Newdotnet is supposedly harmless but is often bundled with many spyware programs. If it was a clean install then add/remove programs in control panel should take care of it. Spybot, Adaware and Defender should all remove it as well.

You CAN run spybot in safe mode and it will fix many problems that can not be fixed when running normally.

Go to softpedia.com, download.com or tucows.com and download Spy Sweeper 30-day trial. It's the best it'll remove each and every spy on your computer, so get it!
