Think about it...what race is recognized as the dominant race in the U.S.? Caucasians.
Within the Caucasian race, who's the fairest? Blond-haired, blue-eyed people.
What color symbolizes purity? White
Why did the white upper class a century ago rigorously stay out of the sun? To separate themselves from the white working class, who had to work and be in the sun. Dark=poor.
This very old, tired stereotype is perpetuated today in the media. The fairer you are, the purer you are, the higher your class. It's sick, but society still buys into it. I'm brown-eyed. I have a baby with very bright blue eyes. People are completely entranced by his eyes. Whenever I'm out, its, "Oh, what beautiful blue eyes he has!" One of his grandmothers was obsessed with his eye color as a newborn, constantly wondering aloud if his eyes would stay blue. I'm certain that if they'd been brown, he wouldn't get half the attention he does in public. A shame really, beauty comes in all colors. But we're pretty heavily conditioned here.

Blondes tend to stand out in the crowd. They are usually at the top of the high school hierarchy and the most prefered type by guys. Movies tend to depict them as the most popular, the most stupid, the most talked about person and the most stereotyped people. Most of them are cheerleaders and they can get away with anything in school. Paris Hilton is influencing girls to be just like her and wearing brand clothings, having eating disorders and being the know it all. Because of Paris Hilton and the media, girls who are blonde usually have their reputations ruined. Look at barbie, she is also influencing girls like that but she is only America's worst icons. The last reason they are popular is that most people prefer them to be the most beautiful looking people in society. They think they are better than anyone else and they are always bragging about their looks and their boring, rich pathetic life.

It's true..blondes do get noticed more it seems..but thats probably because of the stereotypes about them..dumb..air-head..slutty..easy..and so on.(and in some cases that might be true)
The fact of the matter is its only a haircolor. Not the person.
Most guys have a preference to either blondes or brunettes and even guys going out with a blonde will check out a brunette when he can..and vice-versa.. Guys are guys and if they see a face or body that attracts them they're gonna look! They dont really have a preference..they just want some sex..Blonde,brunette,redhead whatever!..like i said its that fantasy of the "dumb blonde" and guys thinking" if im with one , i can do whatever i want with her and at the same time be the envy of other guys"..Its all about appearances to some.
A smart guy will go for a girl hes attracted to physically and emotionally regardless of haircolor or nationality. Unless he's just looking for a piece of a** to look "popular with". Im not a blonde hater either. I know ALL women are beautiful and special in their own personal way..some more inside than out and some more outside than the inside..some both.
.Our haircolor should not define us as women, nor should our haircolor define our "popularity" ..Dont stereotype blondes..because if you hav'nt noticed?..there are dumb brunettes..redheads..etc. Haircolor does'nt make a person who they are.Popular or not.

Its not necessarily blonde girls. The girls you are referring to are confident and feel good about themselves. People are attracted to confidence, which makes them popular. A little money and style doesn't hurt. Blonde is just a standard for beauty, or it used to be. Look at Barbie, its just universal.

you're saying in-college suspension supervisor and supervisor Joshua ...and a " college Police Officer " which does no longer advise COP yet could desire to advise like a secure practices shield, you're very perplexing to declare the least ... and ranting , nor does this have any part of do with politics !
