I am taking several things over the counter for back pain and everyone of them did not work but everyone is different. We all have different reactions to certain medications you just have to try which one is best for you. Because nothing over the counter worked my doctor prescribed some medications that worked for a little while but my body has just rejected the medicine, so it doesn't help at all but they don't want to put me on something else.

Ask your pharmacy for the generic brand of Robaxacet - contains same ingredients, only cheaper - make sure it is an acetominiophen (tylenol) baed drug - easier on the stomach. And really read the wrnings - any meds can damage both your kidneys and stomach lining over time.

Best for me is 8 hour tylenol...and I have seveir back pain.

extra strength robaxacet. It's a great muscle relaxant. It's a mixture of A.S.A. (=aspirin= acetyl salicilic acid), and methyl carbamol.)

Icy hot patches work really well. Don't try aspercreme patches, they don't work at all. The therma care heat patches work good also.

take muscle relaxers. they will help and maybe fix the problem, worked for me
