Yes I would let him get an earring or earrings if he wants. Just think your son is open enough to ask this of you if he wanted to he could go and do it behind your back if he really wanted to, but it sounds like you guys have a good relationship.
My whole take on it? There are ALLOT worse thinks a young person can do than wanting to get an earring/s if he were my son I would let him.
Have a good one--JammieGirl.

I am only 15. But the way i see it. That should be decided by you and you son. But you should consider that when a male has his ear pierced it shows people a personality that he may or may not have. I am just saying that people do alot of prejudging (even though they usually shouldn't). I don't really see anything wrong with it if he really wants it.

if he wants to and u want to why not?
but I would say only let him get one pierced
just so when he gets that one ear pierced he will know what he has to do to take care of it and how it feels and by any chance if he doesnt like it, it wont be a huge waist of money. and if he does like the ear piercing and wants another one on the other ear then let him do it. but I think its better if u let him sample befor he buys if u know what I mean :)

I think that if he wants one and there won't be any complications with a piercing in his ear then let him have one. Guys with their ears pierced usually have more confidence anyway.

I personally think that earrings on men look silly. Go ahead and let him get one, it can always close up if he doesn't like it later on.

Many girls think it's a turn off. But it's your decision.
