You aren't too old at all. I know a lot of TSs who transition around your age, I even know some who have done so in their early seventies.

The process is not entirely risk free though, HRT has more potential side effects as you get older but so long as you go sensibly through a controlled Gender Identity Clinic I'm sure you'll be fine.

You only got the one life girl so go live it now whilst its there, don't regret it later for not even having tried.

You're never too old to change over, I would see an endocrinologist before starting hormone therapy though..

well this was in our local press a month a go about a gynacologist(i know i have spelt that wrong) and he is the only one at the local hospital and he is 53 and he has now become a woman. You have to live you life to the full, you only get one chance babes.

I really don't know. What I do know is --is that you don't want to be 90 and thinking 'Gee I wish I had'...but I think you need a serious medical opinion about this one. Hope it all works out ok for you.

Not too old.
But be sure to get a really good doctor.....and don't forget the emotional support you'll need thru therapy!

age never matters as long as yu adher to proper hrt treatment so go for it dear
