When you want a taxi u have 2 whistle for it in New York how can they hear u in that noisy and crowded city?

maybe they c u put your fingers in your mouth? usually you stick out your arm, or wave one down. Or you just get in.

you dont actually whistle for the taxi, you put your arm up and wave for a taxi.
