Into the microphone socket of the sound card on the rear of the computer. Often it is pink.

different computers have different places to install the microphone...but somewhere there should be a place to plug one in. look for a small picture of a microphone,either on the front or the back of the computer;that is where you plug it in at. If there's no microphone picture,then experiment with different places until you find one that works. it really is not that difficult.
