if you accually go back in time and you kill your past self do you disapper or just keep on living until you die?

Nobody can answer this question with any certainty because time is a dimension that we know very little about. You can look to quantum mechanics for clues, though: Electrons (tiny parts of atoms) and photons (tiny parts of light) can be in two places at the same time. That is, the SAME electron can be in two places at the SAME EXACT point in time, which opens up all manner of questions about matter, existence, being, and time. This isn't to say that YOU can be in two places at once--at least on the plane that is visible, the current point in the time-space continuum. But who knows if it would be possible for you to be dead in the past and alive in the present? I mean, it's possible (obviously) for you to be alive in the past and dead in the present, so what is preventing the opposite? The fact is, we just don't know. Not knowing whether or not time travel is even possible, it is then impossible to predict what the properties, laws, and qualities of existence are at two different points in time.

lol i dont think that is possible.
if there is only one time and it is only linear as most of us percieve it to be then you cant go back in time and kill yourself because it would have already happened. However if there is more than one time and it is not strictly linear then I suppose you could go back in time and kill yourself. ...but would you really be killing you? hmm... no I guess not. Youd be killing some loser who is wasting his time answering questions about time travel on a beautiful sunday afternoon

You would disappear. It is a paradox, for if you were to kill yourself in the past, you would kill yourself in the future as well. Whatever happens in the past to change, would change your future self too.

You wouldn't be able to because you wouldhave died in the past so you wouldn't be here today to go back in time

You could not do this as you would be already dead, therefore unable to go back and kill yourself.

if you went back in time and committed suicide, then how can you go back in time. of course this is if there realy is a link between space and time.
