get them both....they are both too valuable to be unowned right now....unless you're not in a typical yahoo league.

You really should pick up both if you can, assuming saves are a big deal in your league, but if you have to pick up one I would take Ray. Ray's job is rock solid, if Otsuka struggles the Rangers still have Francisco Cordero who had 49 saves in 2004 and 37 last year, so they probably won't be too patient with him. He's been really good but this is his first year as a closer,and it's his first year in the AL, so the league may catch up with him.
I know it's also Ray's first year but Baltimore isn't in the pennant race and they don't have anyone else to step in for him.
